Privacy policy

When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, city and any note you add. If you contact support we keep that conversation so we can help you.

Your details are used to confirm, pack, dispatch and deliver your order, and to answer your questions. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing.

We share your name, address and phone number with the courier delivering your parcel, because delivery is not possible otherwise. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Orders are paid in cash on delivery. We do not collect or store card or bank details on this website.

Order records are kept for accounting and support purposes. You can ask us to delete your contact details once your order is complete and any return window has passed.
