Shipping & delivery

Orders ship in a plain, unbranded outer box or courier flyer. Product names, images and category details are never printed on the outside. The sender name is neutral and does not describe the contents.

We deliver to addresses across Pakistan through established courier partners. Major cities are usually served faster than remote areas. Some very remote locations may not be serviceable — we will tell you before dispatch if that is the case.

Delivery time depends on your city and the courier's schedule. We confirm each order on WhatsApp before dispatch and share tracking details once the parcel is handed over.

A flat delivery charge is added at checkout and shown in your order summary before you confirm. There are no hidden fees.

Cash on delivery is the only payment method. Please keep the exact total ready for the rider. See the returns policy if something arrives damaged.
